Elevated Psychiatry is a private-pay practice, out-of-network with all commercial insurance, and we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Medi-Cal. After each visit you receive a superbill you can submit to your insurer through Reimbursify. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

Your evaluation includes a full clinical history and Creyos, validated objective cognitive testing to strengthen your evaluation. Diagnosis and treatment planning are handled by a board-certified psychiatric provider, not a screening quiz.
