For adults diagnosed or treated for ADHD within the last 5 years. Continue or optimize care with ongoing medication management; anxiety, depression, and sleep support are included.

Non-ADHD Care.
For depression, anxiety, or sleep care—not ADHD. Every follow-up is included with no per-visit fee. This membership does not manage stimulants or benzodiazepines.

Monitoring requirement: If you take both a stimulant and a benzodiazepine, Concierge is required because DEA guidelines call for the extra monitoring it provides.
For new patients: Existing patients keep their current price and service level unless they choose to move to a new membership.
While we don’t bill insurance directly, we provide detailed superbills that you can submit for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. We’ve partnered with Reimbursify to make this process simple and straightforward, eliminating complicated paperwork so you can easily seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Elevated Psychiatry is a private-pay membership practice. We are out-of-network with all commercial insurance plans, and we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Medi-Cal.
After each visit we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurer through Reimbursify. Many plans with out-of-network mental health benefits reimburse a portion of the visit fee. Reimbursement is determined solely by your plan and is not guaranteed by Elevated Psychiatry.
Every patient receives a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before their first appointment, as required by the federal No Surprises Act.
Elevated Psychiatry is unable to accept patients who have Medicare, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or both Medicare and Medicaid. If you are covered by any of these programs, please contact us and we will help you find an appropriate referral.
Each plan card and linked plan page lists its included visits, messaging, medication support, assessments, guides, forms, and letters. Secure patient-portal communication and HIPAA-secure texting are included. Routine refill coordination is included when medication is clinically appropriate. Letters and paperwork without added fees are a Concierge benefit.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a fee under the appointment policy provided during intake.

If you’ve been diagnosed and face challenges accessing your medication, don’t lose hope! The shortage of certain oral stimulants has made consistent access difficult, with some prescribers simply saying, “There’s nothing I can do about the stimulant shortage.” This may leave you or your child rationing—or even going without—critical medication needed to perform at your best in school, work, or home life.

I partner with a specialty pharmacy (optional) to stay informed about available medications. While I can’t control the national shortage, I can consider availability when helping you choose the right medication option. Together, we’ll find a path forward that aligns with your needs and goals.
